Looking up at the 138 ft. high Colonna di Marco Aurelio. It is a monument to military achievement. Winding all the way up the column are certain victorious battles the Romans fought.
The BEAUTIFUL Trevi Fountain! This was so amazing! And we made sure to throw 3 coins over our left shoulder to ensure our return to Rome someday.
Looking up at the famous Spanish Steps. Unfortunately the church was undergoing repair, but still managed to be a great area to lounge and watch people. On the certain day we went, there were about 25 Spaniards standing about half way up in this picture, chanting soccer songs and holding up the Spanish flag. Soccer is HUGE in Europe!
