We are getting the hang of modifying things around here. Isaac continues to explore and we continue to adjust. For example, Isaac is mastering the scoot. He obviously does not know how to crawl yet, but he certainly knows how to wiggle his way up to the top of his crib where he continously bonks his head against the slats. thank goodness for crib bumpers or we'd have some serious issues!
So, how do we adjust? We simply make sure to put him as close to one end of the crib so that by the time he settles down, he still has some head room. He's rolling over a lot now, so when we hear him whimper in the morning, and then hear it go silent followed by happy squeals, we know he's made it to his back and is happily looking around the room. Oh man...we can't wait for his next hidden talent!! :O)
