Several years ago, I was busy trying to cook dinner while talking on the phone with someone. I covered the phone for a second and whispered to Sean, "can you get me the colander?"

He came back with our 2004 calender that was hanging up in the hallway.

"What's this?" I asked. I hadn't connected the dots at this point yet.
"The calendar."
"I needed the colander."
"This is the colander."
"Wha..." I got it.

According to Sean it was the "strainer-thingy-for-pasta-and-other-stuffage."
